  5. The Time and Billing System is a comprehensive and easy-to-use billing system
  6. for accounting firms and provides thorough and accurate reports on the
  7. profitability of individual clients, firm employees and procedures. An invoice
  8. for a client may be generated at any time during the accounting period. Work in
  9. progress may be billed for work complete or carried over to next period for
  10. billing on completion of the job. The system lets the accountant select from
  11. two ways of displaying an entry on an invoice to a client. Using service codes,
  12. the invoice lists each procedure performed for the client, the date performed,
  13. the time charged, and the amount charged. Using the billing codes, the invoice
  14. shows a more descriptive entry which may encompass several procedures. This
  15. invoice displays the entry and the amount. Both procedure codes and billing
  16. codes are user-defined.
